3 Bedroom House in Spokane Valley
We are experienced hosts that have created a space for you to stay while visiting the Spokane area that gives you easy access to so much, including shops, restaurants, wedding venues, wineries, and more! We are just 1 minute from I-90 with the added benefit of being in a family friendly neighborhood. Jump on the freeway and head east towards Coeur d'Alene in 30 minutes or west towards downtown Spokane in just 15 minutes.
We are located in the Millwood area of Spokane Valley, within walking distance to local coffee shops, a bakery, neighborhood bars and a brewery. Our neighborhood was established in the 70’s and 80’s so homes are older, but most are kept up well. The neighborhood is filled with both homeowners and rentals.
This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms an open living/kitchen/dining area as well as a bonus room in the basement. You get complete privacy and separation from the other side with your own entry, parking space and private patio.
Please park on your side of the driveway. There is room for 1 car in the driveway with unlimited free street parking. There are usually 1-2 spaces open right in front of the house but these spots are not guaranteed.
There is a train about 1 mile away and train horns can be heard from time to time.
HOUSE RULES: Following our rules will help us maintain a level of cleanliness that all guests can enjoy, reduces wear and tear on our home/furniture and prevents the need for extra charges to guests due to damages.
We appreciate your cooperation!
-Please remove your shoes at the door.
-Please keep all food in the kitchen/dining areas.
-No permanent staining/damage to white linens, rugs or upholstery.
-Be respectful of the neighbors with your noise levels and observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am, especially while outside (no talking, car idling/beeping etc).
-Absolutely NO smoking indoors. Please dispose of your butts/ashes in trash.
-No extra guests, events or parties without prior consent from the host (may require extra fees for garbage, cleaning etc).
-Disclose whether you are bringing a pet and that you agree to the pet policy (below). Failure to do so may result in a $200 pet fee.
PETS!!! We currently allow **only house trained** pets to stay on the property, but limit 2 per stay. There are currently no pet fees and cleaning up after your pet is not included in the standard cleaning fee. These rules are not negotiable and any sign that they weren't followed will result in a $200 charge.
-Disclose you are bringing a pet at the time of booking.
-Keep pets off all beds, bedding, linens, furniture and other upholstery and blankets at all times. If your pet cannot stay off, we recommend bringing your own blankets and bedding to drape over ours so pet hair and soiling is not an issue for our cleaners.
-Wipe dirty paws when coming in from outside.
-Provide your own pet care items.
-The yard is not fenced and sometimes the guests next door also have pets so your pet must be supervised at all times and use a leash when necessary.
-Clean up your pet's waste in the yard.
-Excessive barking is not tolerated. Be respectful of the neighbors with your noise level.
