The indoor dining room table has comfortable seating for eight. The dining room flows out through glass sliding doors to the spacious deck. The south facing deck is extremely large with an outdoor dining table for ten guests, huge outdoor sofa, 2 umbrellas, a heated 10’ by 20’ heated pool, propane grill, bean bag chairs, and outdoor shower. This home features four beautiful bedrooms. The master suite is very large and has a king sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom with luxurious spa shower and double vanity. Two of the other bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The standing height loft has an additional 4 twin beds. There is also another full bathroom, with a shower tub combo, as well as an additional half bath. This home is located in the Village of Ocean Beach, a family friendly community that features lifeguarded beaches, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground. Ocean Beach is the unofficial capitol of Fire Island. Its commercial district is the largest on the island, spanning 7 blocks across the length of Bay Walk and featuring a number of restaurants, bars, and shops. This home is managed by A2 Vacation Homes, a real estate property management company. A2VH has full time Property Management staff on the island to ensure all tenants a comfortable stay.
