Beautifully furnished condo in Alizes (next to Elements, opposite Luna Maya) with custom furniture, granite kitchen, nicely equipped with items North Americans expect, marble dining table, lots more marble thru out, new king sized bed, ocean facing, safe, gated complex, sleeps 3, Smart TV (bring your Netflix or Hulu info) This condo faces the ocean breezes and is in the best building within Alizes, farthest from the street and overlooks the garden and pool. Alizes is unique in that the condos do not face each other but are facing the garden and pool/palapa. Our garden is a unique feature for Playa, offering shade and relaxation around the large pool area, which means that there is always lively social action around the pool. Don't rent in a building where the pool is on the roof! They are usually hot ,unshaded, unloved and unused.
Our condo is unique in the Alizes complex in that it has a magnificent roof terrace with full ocean view, full of flowers, plants and trees for the exclusive use of the 5 condos in our building, for those special, quiet days or a nice evening cocktail.
We recently added a full sized washer and dryer to the condo. You can choose to send your laundry out or do it yourself. Housekeepers are available for cleaning service if you simply book with our property manager.
There are many social activities for residents at Alizes in the winter season, including massages, Yoga, cocktail parties, bridge, and bar-b-ques. Even a market on Fridays! Our condo complex is very friendly and you will make many friends here during your stay.
There is an English/Spanish speaking, on site, manager & a maintenance team to insure a hassle free holiday. There is a tourist police substation in front of the complex and we have 24/7 security staff.
We are top of the list when it comes to the 4 most important requirements for selecting a condo in Playa : Location, Ocean breeze, security and quiet.
Cleaning fees at move in and move out and the first 20 liter bottle of drinking water included in your rental fee. If your stay is longer than 3 weeks we require that you have a cleaner once every three weeks at a cost of approximately $32.00 USD per cleaning.
Electricity is charged at a low rate to discourage abuse of the air conditioning when not needed. A meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out and charged at a rate of approximately MX $4 (approx. US $0.25 per kwh).
