All 3 bedrooms have a queen size bed with brand new memory foam mattress. The living space has a sofa sleeper and an accent chair that turns into a single bed in the living room that can be used as a sleeping space.
The backyard is minimally landscaped and is not offered as an outdoor space for guests at this time.
Full sized washer and dryer available available in the home.
Guest access
Guests have access to all rooms except for the backyard and the locked hallway storage room on the first and second floor.
Other things to note:
We provide a starter kit of laundry soap, dishpans, toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bag. We do not replenshing supplies during long terms stays. If you would like additional cleaning during your long term stay, it is an additional charge. Please message us for more info.
No pets allowed due to owner severe allergies to dander. We ask all our guests to be courteous of neighbors as this is located in a residential community. No parties or loud music at any time.
