This well kept home is in a small (only 50 units) community complex on the bluff above the beach featuring a pool and spa. It's a two minute walk from the front door to the exclusive beach stair access. Mid-way down the beach stairs is a furnished view deck for you to relax and enjoy the sunset and surf. The beach is uncrowded and has an excellent surf break.
This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo sleeps 5. The kitchen has been recently renovated (late 2021) including beautiful new flooring throughout the lower level. Open floor plan is spacious and luxurious. You’ll love the fireplace on a cool evening. The master bedroom features a very comfortable king bed and fantastic bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom) plus a twin trundle. The kids will love to chill in the "secret" loft which includes plush beanbags and a tv. The community complex is gated and secure with lush landscaping. The rental includes 2 assigned parking spaces. This home has all the amenities and comforts of home: a large TV in living room & tv in master bedroom, high speed wireless internet and a charming beach cottage feel. This condo is very close to the pool and surfboards and boogie boards are available for you to enjoy.
It is walking distance to the famous Del Mar Fairgrounds/Racetrack, the Cedros design district and many excellent restaurants. It is centrally located with less than a 30 minute drive to Legoland, Sea World, the amazing San Diego Zoo, Downtown Gaslamp district and the ballpark. Grocery stores, a movie theater and shopping are all within 5 miles.
The best amenity is private beach access within the gates of the community. On site pool for you to soak in the San Diego sunshine.
