Guests should be aware that the Hot Tub service is scheduled weekly on Thursday mornings. A service technician will arrive for approximately 15 minutes during this time to ensure the hot tub is in perfect working condition for your enjoyment.

Please note that the Master Closet is locked for supplies, but there is another small closet available in the master bathroom for your convenience. This additional storage space is at your disposal to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We happily provide basic home amenities for you during your stay! This includes items for bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Please note we do not provide excess - guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if you happen to run out during your stay.

Our goal is to make sure all our guests have a 5 star experience in the house, and for that we also need your help following some basic but important rules that are taken very seriously by our management team.

All guests must be reported in the reservation.
We do not allow extra overnight guests.
Visitors are allowed with pre approval.

Please wear only soft soled shoes (no cleats) inside to prevent damage to the vinyl flooring.

This is a no smoking home including vaping, NO ILLEGAL substances are allowed in the house, if this rule is broken, you will be charged up to $1000 for any smoke remediation necessary.
You may smoke outside.

No party or events allowed. If a party that has not been pre-arranged with us occurs or is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

PARKING: Parking is limited to the garage and driveway. We have a 2-car garage 2 more can fit in the driveway.
Street parking is not allowed, if you have a RV and it does not fit in the driveway please park it at the nearest RV parking:

PETS:
No pets allowed in this home. If a pet or pet hair is discovered in the property you will be charged $200.

TRASH: The trash day is Friday very early. We ask you to put the trash cans outside on the curbside Thursday night.

LATE CHECKOUTS: A lot of times we have guests arriving on the same day that you are leaving. To ensure that our cleaner crew have enough time to clean and prepare the house for the next guest we charge $100 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged.
