The living room has two sliding glass doors that will take you out to the patio right off the living room. This is equipped with a beautiful sofa, two single chairs, a large rug, and wood rectangular center coffee table. Also, a double door stand with a TV and surround sound on top of it and a few silk plants as decoration.
The kitchen has black on black appliances which include a built-in microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Some smaller appliances like blenders and coffee makers have also been included on top of the kitchen counter. The cupboards and drawers contain everything needed to cook a wonderful meal and also for entertaining guests. There is also a breakfast bar built into the kitchen that is lined with high back bar stools. This breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or for a quick meal.
The dining area with a large wooden table and six chairs are right in front of the kitchen and front door entry.
The master bedroom has also a French door that leads out onto the patio, with a queen size bed covered with a beautiful colored bedspread and cushions set, a pair of nightstands on each side with lamps, and a stand with drawers for personal belongs, TV mounted on wall and DVD player. This master bedroom has vertical windows through the patio with shades to keep the unit out of sun bright.
The master bathroom inside the master bedroom to keep it private, access you to a long hallway with a beautiful bathroom. Has a travertine shower with a glass block enclosure and a separate elongated bathtub. The sink is equipped with his and her vanities.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a beautiful comfortable gray and brown bedspread and cushions set, with two nightstands on each side of the bed and with two lamps. A dresser with drawers for your personal belongings with a TV mounted on the wall and a DVD player to watch movies prior to your sleep.
The guest bathroom has a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting. The shower is made of travertine and has a clear glass door closure, this is located in the hallway between the guest bedroom and living room, this bathroom can be shared with guests.
The patio will showcase the best sunsets the Sea of Cortez has to offer. With a nice patio set of a round table and four chairs to enjoy a meal, drinks or just chilling during the sunshine or sunset.
The laundry room comes with washer and dryer, laundry detergent is provided by Rental Company, only for 1 load every day.
