This property is waterfront on Lake Palestine and includes a common area boathouse , deck for swimming or fishing. There's a two car garage with a huge deck ; even though this is a mobile home on the outside , inside has granite tops and is professionally decorated as nice as any house !
Enjoy the spacious three bedrooms with two bath that can accommodate up to 7 people. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a big bathtub with a separate shower .
Super cool bunkbeds and room 3 had 2 extremely comfortable twin beds w / pillow top mattresses.
This property is in a great location we are 2 miles from the Brookshire Grocery store and 2 major brand medical centers .
We are 12 miles from The Cumberland shopping mall.
You will have access to a beautiful gated entry
that meanders into the property.
There is a also a Beautiful sandy beach on the Venue property that can be accessed ,

This part of the lake is also very good for recreational skiing ; boating etc..
The best fishing on the lake is on this part of the lake as well .
