Summary: The hotel room was clean and well kept. They do use fabric softener or something scented on their laundry, my husband is allergic so it was a rough night of sleep. The area outside is not great, there were homeless people one parking row away from us going through trash and parked there. We could see this through our window from our room. The area didn't seem very safe.
