Positive: NO breakfast provided

Negative: better pre-visit communication. When we arrived, we had no idea how to check-in. A local storekeeper gave us the password for Wi-Fi and that is the only way we were able to check in. Cell service in the area i nonexistent. No live person was on site and signage was not good to indicate location. Since this is literally in the middle of nowhere, better communication at least a day in advance would be great. If not for the local storekeeper, I do not know how we would have checked in.
