***CASA DEL RIO-home on the Skagit river***
Our peaceful and cozy A-frame house on the riverside of the Skagit is good choice for a get-away retreat. You will have good time with your partner, your family and friends in middle of nature. It's a relaxing base camp of some natural exploration and hiking in the surrounding area of the North Cascades and National Park. Sitting at our large deck to have BBQ lunch or just enjoy the river run ,the scene of Eagle hunting fish or stars gazing at night, hunt Northern light (if you are lucky)....
***The space***
This private home is located on the Skagit River, it has a beautiful view of the river, the forest and mountains. It's suitable for a long weekend stay with family or friends, it has enough space for 6 to 8 people to sleep in. The house features 2 levels:
**Upper level:
* One Master-bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub and shower, the walk-in closet that you can find extra comforter, pillows, airbed. It's a large bedroom that you can put the airbed there to sleep extra people.
* A spacious mezzanine has a hide-a-bed sofa that can sleep 2 people or just be a space to relax and play games for family (we have many board games).
**Lower level:
* A bedroom has a full-bed and a closet.
* A full-equipment open kitchen with coffee&tea for your breakfast, we have both Keugri coffee machine and instant coffee. You can enjoy the river view and talk with your company while preparing your meals.
* A nature luminous living space: a dining table expandable for 8 people, a comfortable couch that can sleep 1 person, and a relaxing recliner.
* There is a washer and dryer inside the house. Feel free to use them.

The house is on the left side of the entrance way, with plenty of parking. You enter the house by the east door with the code.
Other things to note
***The upper level is not safe for young children unattended. We ask that young children are not allowed upstairs without supervision.
***Please do not go down on the basement. We keep our private stuff in there and have a security camera. Liability Waiver:
