La casa se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y segura, perfecta para descansar y desconectarte. A solo 5 minutos en coche hay un OXXO y una gasolinera, y los supermercados están a unos 10 minutos.
* Está totalmente prohibido fumar dentro de la casa.
* No hacer fiestas, ni tener música alta en área de la terraza donde está la piscina.
* No dejar basura en la piscina, ni utilizar vasos de vidrio, no comer, no fumar. Dejar el área limpia como la encontraron.
* Está prohibido entrar mojados a la casa y sentarse con ropa mojada en el sofá o camas.
* Si encontramos manchadas toallas, sábanas, cojines o muebles, tendrá un extra costo la limpieza de los mismos.
* Se admiten mascotas por favor cuidar
* Por favor cuando salgan del departamento apagar A/A y electrodomésticos.
* La basura, la pueden dejar afuera en una esquina de la calle a la entrada de la casa bien cerradas las bolsas
* Si se llegan a quedar sin agua debemos solicitar una pipa. Por favor avísenme y hago la gestión. En la playa no contamos con agua de la calle.
