Positive: Nice place had everything needed for long stay. If I have to stay another time in Chetumal I would book here again. Has everything needed for comfortable stay.

Negative: No air conditioning in living room but that was minor as there was air conditioning in the rooms which was most important for good night sleep.

Summary: Exceeded expectations I like the place more after staying than when I first saw the add on booking.c
