House is well insulated with strong central A/C and heating in each room keeping you cool in the desert summer and warm during the colder months .
It has a full kitchen, with the silverware, cookware, plates, mugs, glasses and basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, oil. Kitchen has new appliances, well stocked with a variety of coffee and teas. Washer and dryer available.
