Enjoy all the comforts of home in this newly renovated 1Bed/1Bath condo in the heart of one of Kansas City's oldest dining and entertainment districts. You'll be within walking distance to the bars and restaurants of Westport. Close proximity and quick drive to the Country Club Plaza and Downtown as well!

The Space:
This remodeled condo has a new kitchen and appliances, high end finishes, in-unit washer/dryer and onsite parking.

In the living room, which features a large 55-inch SmartTV with all your favorite streaming apps. Fully equipped kitchen has new slate countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware, flatware, bakeware, utensils and everything you need to enjoy a meal. Full bathroom has fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Bedroom features a king sized bed, dresser and 40-inch SmartTV. Onsite Parking on the back has room for one parking space. In-unit washer/dryer included in addition to central heating and air conditioning. Pets are welcome!

Summary: Overall, the condo was great. However, there’s no reference to the fact that there are permanent tenants above the unit. You can hear most of what they’re doing too. The parking situation is a sham too. Yeah, there’s a parking garage a block away & retail parking lot across the street (next to the donation site the house less folks congregate around). But, the owners list the space as having parking in a driveway. That’s a crock. Yeah, you can park in the driveway, but doing so will block in 3-4 of the permanent tenants/neighbors (the building next door shares the same driveway). As indicated in one of the previous reviews, that doesn’t set too well when you see the enormous amount of house less foot traffic and broken glass on the street. We avoided any break-ins, but it was also a bit stressful chancing things on the street. The until itself and location are terrific. A ton to do within walking distance and the bed is the best I’ve had through Vrbo and similar outfits. I would likely stay here again, but will probably utilize the parking garage a block away if so.
