This is the vacation house that you have been looking for! Amazing 3,600 square foot home 5 blocks from the beach! 3 blocks from the main drag of P.B. that has lots of shopping/bars/resturants. House is newly built and comes with all the modern amenities and space you and your friends/family need. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen or drinks poolside. Watch the sunset every night from the rooftop deck with direct ocean views! While being a great house for larger groups we ask that this house not be treated as a “party” house. No bachelor/bachelorette parties no wedding parties no I’m tired of quarantine parties. You get the point. NO PARTYING AT THIS HOUSE! I reserve the right now lock out offenders of this rule! It is close to great night life but is also situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. Please consider that when deciding if this house is right for your stay. Thank you!!!
