Summary: The overhead to enter the building was onerous. Having to send pictures of self, driver's license, using 3rd party payment apps (which I believe is a violation of Hotels.com ToS) for cleaning and deposit, was frustrating. Once I had the codes to enter the room, it fit my requirements, but I wholly do not recommend having rooms like this on Hotels.com for last minute bookings.
