This luxurious space is located 30 minutes from the strip and only 3 minutes from shopping, restaurants and local hot spots. 10 minutes to Gilcrease Orchard, The Farm, or Floyd Lamb State Park and less than 20 minutes to Mount Charleston.
***The house water is provided through a tankless water heater, this means you will NEVER run out of hot water. You will have to let the water run for a minute before it gets hot, but once it does, every single guest will enjoy a hot shower while doing laundry and dishes. It's amazing. ****
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, and a walk in pantry. You also have all the pots and pans you need for cooking a meal as well as some bakeware, mixing bowls, and essential cooking utensils.
The main living room has a 65 inch Smart TV and each bedroom has a 55 inch Roku TV, a dresser and nightstands with power outlets on both sides of each bed.
This gorgeous space is designed to house 6 people comfortably.
The primary bedroom boasts a comfy queen sized bed with an attached private bath and walk-in shower along with a generous walk-in closet.
The secondary bedroom also has a queen sized bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo and it's own substantial walk in closet.
The pull out couch in the living room also turns into a queen sized bed (and may become your favorite spot to snooze!).
If you have littles, we do have a Baby Trend Lil' Snooze Nursery Center Playard which can serve as a crib, changing table or playpen in the laundry room. Let me know if you need to use it, so I can set it up for you before you arrive.
The front door is monitored by the Ring Doorbell.
You are welcome to use the popcorn maker. The supplies are in the little cubby on the bottom portion of the machine. Please find the directions for use by scanning the QR code on the machine.

The house runs on a tankless water system. This means endless hot water, but you do have to give it time to warm up. So be sure to let the water run for a few minutes, it'll get hot.
