Hallo. El Pedregal is perfect for casual resort living . Designed for ultimate privacy, there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom encompasses the entire first floor with a custom designed king bed and a meditation / Yoga terrace with its own shower
On the lower level you will find a fully equipped kitchen/living room with a large dining counter along with two bedrooms and baths.
A unique feature of this custom designed home are the stained glass windows in the master bedroom and the kitchen.
The entire villa is air conditioned and has been completely updated as of January 2022
The villa features a large deck and courtyard in the back of the home, providing privacy amidst lush tropical landscaping, adjacent to the swimming pool and tennis courts.
We also provide daily light maid service, round trip transfer from CUN is available, one free local cell phones, Internet plus Internet TV , we can also arrange for a cook to come to the home or have a chef cater meals , the cook provides Mexican type food.
It's only a three minute walk to the beach or the Championship Golf Club at Playacar our property manager who can address all of your needs including transportation, meals, shopping, sports activities and tourist information. This is available in Spanish, French, and English.
