Bring the whole family to this incredible lakeside retreat with lots of room for the whole family. Offering two full units of a duplex. This is perfect for two families or a group of friends traveling together. Think of the benefits. Combined, the units offer 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full kitchens. 2 separate living quarters for evening privacy with a massive, shared deck and amazing waterfront access! Also, 2 hot tubs and lots of water toys! We supply 4 kayaks and 4 SUPs/paddleboards.
The space:
If you are looking for sunshine, this is the place. Our waterfront and huge deck get more sun than 90% of the rest of the lake all summer long. When you are enjoying sunshine for hours, you can look around and see everyone else around the lake in the shade. It's truly amazing! don't worry though, we have plenty of shade it the sun is too much. We are right on the water and offer two full units of a deplex, with a massive shared deck and two hot tubs! Fire pits, BBQs, SUPs, kayaks, incredible views, and so much more!
The picture of the deck and waterfront don't do it justice. I just had a very nice new deck and landscaping done. It's gorgeous, but I don't have pictures to post yet. I also just ordered the hot tubs, and waiting for delivery so they are not pictured either. They should arrive before the end of May 2022. Everyone love the place and it's going to be 1,000 times better with many new updates!
Guest access:
Guests can have the run of both units, the huge shared deck, the private waterfront access just a stairway down to the lake. There is also a community swim dock and you are welcome to use that, as well. We have 4 kayaks and 4 SUPs/paddleboards, and lots of life jackets.
Other things to note:
We just recently started allowing dogs. We are not comfortable with dogs over 25 lbs and allow non-shedding breeds only.
Dog Rules:
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. (community rule)
Please pick-up after your dog and please do NOT tie them to the deck railing or leave them unattended.
