The bedrooms are arranged for your multiple family FRIO RIVER trip with a great loft for board games or cards. The large covered carport is the perfect place to create your own dance floor after a fun day in the Frio River. To enjoy your time in the Frio River is easy to do, but to return to your rental home and have a great swimming pool for more fun is the ultimate Frio River vacation! Enjoy the sun and water in your own backyard! “Happy Trails” has great parking, large covered front porch, the covered carport, and seating around the outdoor fire pit. The safety fenced pool has sun decking available for another entertainment area. Your Frio River access is a short distance from the house. Don’t ride off into the sunset without reserving this home for your next trip to the Frio River!
Pet Friendly Rental - Great home nestled in the Cypress Bend subdivision.
All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.
Vacation Home River Access:
Please note your river access is at the front of the resort. Do not drive back into the resort to unload, drop off, or park.
For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring your bath, kitchen, and river/pool towels. The rental will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing pods, trash bags, laundry detergent, one roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom. Guests are responsible for bringing additional supplies. Towels are not provided but can be added for an additional fee.
