Summary: The home itself is stunning and absolutely beautiful. You couldn't ask for a better home in a great location. Decorating within the home is gorgeous, its roomy enough for four people to have ample space, appointed with everything you would need or want. We loved it! The one detraction was communication with the property management company. The PM company directed us to use a third party platform (Hostfully), but email communication through Hostfully didn't work, which we had to figure out. Whether through VRBO or Hostfully, most questions we posed were answered superficially if at all. Entry info into the home was provided 19 hours prior to check-in, which is stressful when traveling internationally. Check-out procedures were emailed at 4:30 am the morning of departure, not available elsewhere. Additionally, there is a decibel meter in the home, which was not disclosed in the property listing. On a positive note, there was a minor plumbing issue in the home while we were there, and the PM company was responsive, polite, and accommodating in addressing that issue. Overall, this is a beautiful, comfortable, fun home that is well worth the rental costs. We found the PM company added significant and unnecessary stress, which is a detraction. Would recommend this property to others with a note of caution regarding interactions with the property management company.
