Recently updated, "High Tide" offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. All new carpet and flooring throughout. The 2nd floor Villa is easily accessible by elevator. Covered private under building parking for car, jet ski or golf cart. If boat trailer does not fit at the condo, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee. Everything you and your family will need for a relaxed, hassle free vacation.
Also included for your vacation enjoyment are 2 bikes, kayak, beach chairs umbrella. For your little ones, "High Tide" provides a pack-n-play, high chair, board games, puzzles and books. Comfy furniture for relaxing on the covered waterfront porch. Just a short distance from the villa, is a private 35' boat slip with standard power and water hook-up. The 35' slip is at Rudder Canal #1, we recommend loading your boat closer to the condo and storing it in the slip when not in use. Please contact our office for information about the slip location if needed.
Open concept living room has been recently updated with beautiful white stack stone, linear electric fireplace, and 52" flatscreen TV. Cozy sofas with lots of pillows for kicking back, relaxing, and watching your favorite sporting event or family movies.
Beautifully decorated, the Master suite offers a King bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, large bath with double vanity and large walk in tiled shower. From the moment you walk into the room you feel as if you are on a cruise ship spectacular water views from the sitting area and covered porch just off master.
The first guest room with it s cheerful colors offers Queen bed, flat screen TV and views of the Town of Manteo and Roanoke Island.
The second guest room includes Two XL Twin beds, flat screen TV, and plenty of plugs for all the electronics your group will need.
"High Tide" has high-speed WiFi, land-line phone and cable to access live TV and the most popular streaming apps. Other amenities include 8 cup coffee maker, Keurig machine, well equipped kitchen, and washer-dryer combo. For your comfort, each bedroom offers ceiling fans and sound machines. Also provided for your convenience, are bath towels for 6, bath mats and fresh linens on each bed.
