Positive: It was right off the freeway and the rooms were nice.

Negative: I called to confirm my booking an hour before arriving and the lady I spoke to confirmed it but when I arrived she notified me that she had canceled my booking minutes before because she didn’t hear back from me. I showed her call logs to verify that I had reached out and that at no point did the property try to reach me. So after a bit of back and forth she was able to give me back my room. I found that to be a bit weird because when traveling with my family we love to stay at Homewood suites. And after the issue at the front desk we get to our room to find it still dirty with used toothpicks in the drawers and items from the previous person still In the room.
