The host DOES NOT rent to events consisting of "friends" for a bachelor party as an example. Your request will be denied.

Individuals who smoke or chew tobacco are not welcome here. Please do not rent this property if you or any members of your group smoke. There will be a mandatory fine of $1,000 for any evidence of smoking INSIDE or OUTSIDE the premises. The property is under outdoor surveillance and indoor smoke detectors. No Vaping Allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Please spare everyone the headache. If you smoke or know of anyone in your group who smokes, please do not rent this house. I will charge you $1,000 as a fine for any evidence of smoking. There is Zero Tolerance!

This VERY PRIVATE home and retreat has 15 beds and comfortably sleeps 21 people (25 people if you include two luxury Queen-size air mattresses that can be set up in the living room).
