Summary: We booked about a week ago. We have stayed at your hotel several times. I’m really disappointed that you put us in an area of your hotel that you knew had a broken elevator and was broken prior to us booking. The elevator has been out for over a week according to the staff, and with prior knowledge you shouldn’t be using that section of the hotel. At the very least give guests the option of rebooking elsewhere. At $600 a night I’d expect more.
