This renovated stunning beach front condo has everything you need to make your vacation truly unforgettable. The entire condo was updated with new furniture, fixtures, appliances, art work, painting, mini split A/Cs, and ceiling fans in each major room. The 2,400 sq. ft. condo features 9' ceilings and has a fully equipped luxury kitchen with granite counter tops and a 13' island. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to allow the sunlight and ocean breeze in with magnificent beach and ocean views.
The two decks offer comfortable seating, where you can view the mountains or watch the beach, the ocean, or enjoy breath-taking sun rise and sunsets.
The breakfast bar/island is another great location for enjoying a beverage or a meal. The complex has one of the largest heated infinity pool in the area. The complex is located in the Hotel Zone where you can easily walk to many great bars, restaurants, a beach club, and up scale shopping venues. Also it is located near the marina where you can watch the cruise ships come and go from the deck.
The entire complex is gated and offers 24/7 security and lobby concierge service.
The complex is a residential condominium complex governed by a homeowners' association having rules all owners and their renters follow. The complex is not a temporary accommodation resort.
Up to 2 children between the age of 3 and 14 may stay free, (WHEN BOOKING CHILDREN UNDER AGE 15 DO NOT INPUT THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN INTO THE BOOKING, ONLY ENTER THE NUMBER IF THEY ARE 15 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER) Please advise the number of children under15 in the comments to accompany your booking request. Any children over14 years old will be considered an adult for occupancy purposes. Although not fully shown in the pictures the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 2 night tables, 2 lamps, mini split A/C, ceiling fan, chair, cloths rack with a 3 piece bathroom next to it including a vanity with sink, good sized shower, and toilet. It is an interior room without a window. We store personal items in locked cupboards across one end wall. One cleaning at check out is added to your booking. Weekly cleanings during stays over10 nights may be booked with the property manager.
Underground parking is available for 2 cars. First car $5.00 per night, second car free, and stays over 28 days both cars are free. Upon request by the host acceptable Identification (passport, citizenship cards, and/or birth certificate for children) to be provided by email. The primary renter will sign a short term rental/lease agreement, and a check in document (copy available upon request prior to booking, acknowledged received after booking). Administrative/electricity deposit of $500.00US held by the property manager and refundable at check out assuming no issues. Any changes to a booking after confirmed may be subject to a $250.00 administration fee to effect the requested change(s). All monies paid to VRBO are considered fully earned and non-refundable once the cancellation period expires. Should the guest(s) vacate the property prior to his, her, and/or their stay's check out time on the departure date for any reason the security deposit may be non-refundable. Rainy season from Jun. to Sept.
