This is a beautiful property, that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area, with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them.
*No loud music or parties. Absolutely, no gathering outside past 10 PM - this is strictly enforced.
To keep the rug clean, please kindly remove your shoes when you need to be on it.
Please Note: There are (2) separate units on property. A Granny flat unit is located behind the home through the backyard. There is a granny flat located on the property. This home is occupied by a long term tenant until August 30th. The entrance to the granny flat is through the backyard (Backyard, Jacuzzi and driveway are both shared spaces)
*The granny flat shares a wall with one of the bedrooms, but there are no shared INTERIOR spaces*
PETS:
We love pets and don't mind if you bring them along! Backyard is a shared space and pets must be leashed or in crate if left unattended.
*Pet accommodations are $10 per day/ per pet + $50 added to cleaning fee. (This will be requested as a [separate charge] and must be payed before check in. Payment not received could result in cancelation of reservation and funds withheld)
OTHER HOUSE RULES :
There are (2) cameras in the front and back of the house.

We understand if you must, just keep it to the outside areas and kindly dispose of all leftovers/trash in the trash bins out front. It's no fun cleaning butts and roaches off the ground :(
