Summary: We had an amazing trip and will be back. All of our butlers were spot on and were available to help when needed. In fact, I reached out about a month after checkout to ask a question on one of the drinks by the pool and Juan Carlos tracked it down for us. Really appreciated! Our room was super clean and had everything you could ask for. Check in was smooth. The welcome drinks, towels, and heated neck were a nice touch. Every bar served amazing drinks! Everything they made was spot on. Best drinks I've ever had at an all-inclusive. This included poolside to the nightly bars/lounges. The speciality cocktail carts were excellent! The coffee bar was great to have and we visited daily. It was a great place for our group to start the morning before moving to breakfast. The food is the area that could use improvement. The service was excellent everynehere was great. It was the food quality. The French restaurant had a lot of hype prior to us arriving and was by far the worst restaurant and the only place I regret eating at. The others were just fine. Nothing great and nothing terrible. The middle eastern restaurant was our favorite. I will say the lunch options are great! Poolside tacos and pizza we're really good. We did the included spa circuit most days and it's a great included service. My wife' enjoyed her spa treatment. Similar to the rest of the resort, the service at the spa was great. Last and most important, Julia's daily energy by the pool was our highlight!
