All of the homes are recently remodeled and kept up to the highest of standards. Our homes are fully furnished including all amenities needed to live comfortably. The process of renting a home is simple and straight forward. No hidden fees or addition charges. We prefer a 3 month minimum rental but other terms can be negotiated. Each home is completely checked over and sanitized between tenants. We provide regular lawn service and repairs are done promptly. Most homes are gated and all are safe and secure. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! & CLOSE TO MD ANDERSON!!
My husband, myself and our two small dogs were residents of this gorgeous home for 3 months while I underwent cancer treatment at MD Anderson. The neighborhood is nice, welcoming, quiet and safe, in addition to being 10 minutes from MDA with no need to get on the interstate or any highways!! FABULOUS LOCATION!! You won't get caught in traffic since you will only be on city streets. This is really important when you are getting treated at MDA and is a greater blessing than you can imagine. There are various options for groceries with one being only 3 minutes away. The home is beautifully decorated and has a layout that is very conducive to cancer treatment and recovery. There are no stairs to navigate and the bathroom is spacious with a large vanity to accommodate any amount of medications needed. It is also updated to the latest trends, including luxury towels! The shower is huge with two shower heads, making bathing extremely easy, especially for those who are fatigued from treatment, it was very comforting and restorative. The kitchen is FULLY equipped, including blenders (hand and countertop), crock pot, strainers, measuring cups and all of the cooking utensils you could need. We didn't expect it to be so completely outfitted so we needlessly brought some of our own items (they weren't needed!). The kitchen has lovely modern new cabinets and a beautiful granite countertop in addition to stainless steel appliances. The dishwater is new, stylish, high quality and there are enough pieces for the entire family. The washer and dryer are front load and on risers which is also a benefit since you won't have to reach down to deposit the wash or switch it between machines. The yard is fully fenced and even our tiny 8 lb dog couldn't escape. It was so beneficial for my healing to have our pets with us. We were blessed to find such a perfect home. There is a lovely covered patio with furniture so you can get some fresh air. The home came equipped with a brand new 50" tv and a tv in the bedroom, which has a very comfortable mattress. We had cable, including some premium channels and reliable internet. The owners are very responsive and such nice people! We highly recommend this property for anyone needing to spend time in Houston, whether for pleasure or treatments. You can't go wrong with this house, which was our home away from home.
