Cozy and clean, stand alone home featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on it’s own private large lot in San Gabriel. This is a 1,105 square foot single home featuring an open concept large living room and combined dining area with breakfast nook dining area in the kitchen. First bedroom is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, two separate closets and a private bathroom with a stand up shower. Second bedroom is a smaller room with a full size bed, a large closet and a desk.
Centrally located in the heart of San Gabriel has hardwood floors and central heat and air. Kitchen is newly remodeled with new white cabinets and granite counter-top. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher. All the essentials for cooking and having a nice meal at home are included during your stay.
The nightly price is based upon up to 2 people. After that, an extra $20 per person, per night is automatically added to the price you see during booking. Please note the house can accommodate a maximum 4 people total.
We have an agreed policy with our neighbors that we do not host guests from the local San Gabriel community that are unverified and has no previous host recommendations. We have had very bad experiences in the past impacting our neighbors that have caused us to set this policy. Hosting out of town guests of locals are welcomed.
Please ensure you agree to our house rules of no smoking inside of house, no parties and no additional guests before booking. We also don’t allow hosting of events and film productions. Violation of our house rules will automatically forfeit your full deposit.
