With 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 full bed, and a huge game room that can sleep even more, this property offers a serene escape for guests. This is a gated community, with access to the lake, boat launch (additional fee), pickelball, basketball, beach areas, golf (additional fee), playground and summer concerts to name a few. The Country Club HOA charges a fee to the renter of $40 per night. Post-booking I will send the form for you to complete and pay the HOA directly.
Although Almanor typically stays cooler, like most homes up here there is no central air. There is a whole house fan that if on at night with windows open will cool it down pretty good, in addition to ceiling fans. There is central heat and space heaters for the colder months.
