While the home is equipped to host 10 people, we think the perfect group size is 7-8. We are absolutely happy to host all 10, but just know that it will be a little cozier.
All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses so you can sleep like an angel, or even better yet, you won't feel much movement from your bed buddy (spouse, children, drunk friend :)) while you dream on your side for the night (or day time nap). :)
BEDROOM 1: Cali King bed, Smart TV, private bathroom with glass enclosed shower with bench and dual vanity with extra large mirror. 6 drawer chest, full wall length closet.
BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, Smart Tv, full wall length closet, 3 drawer chest.
BEDROOM 3: Full over Queen Bunk bed and a Full size futon, Smart tv, walk in closet, 6 drawer tall chest, desk and chair.
Hallway/Guest Bathroom: Glass enclosed shower with bench, new vanity and extra large mirror.
LIVING ROOM: The U-shaped soft leather sectional is equipped with three electric recliners, perfect to watch the large big screen TV or take a nap while waiting to be the next person to play pool table or ping pong 5 feet away. Plus an oversized ottoman to place your feet on top of if someone else beat you to the recliners.
