We are sitting on 2 acres in Richmond Texas. We live here full time in our main house. We have over 20 pecan trees on our property. Beautiful year round. We have four dogs that live with us, my wife and two kids. We have three hens that you will see roaming around in the back of the property. We let them out between 7 and 8 so you will start to hear them around then. We are not using the mother in law house and would love guests to take advantage of the space.
The entire mother and law house is yours to enjoy. The studio home is approx 1000 square feet. The home features, a full sized bathroom with walk in shower ( no tub), a queen sized bed with a curtain creating privacy, a living room with cable tv, the sofa doubles as a queen sized bed if needed, kitchen and appliances, breakfast table. Step out on your back porch and enjoy deer passing. Also our beautiful chickens will be out keeping up with the pest control 😉. P.S. There is a pool on the property and is off limits unless prior arrangements are made.
