The Space:

After a day on the slopes, steam rises from the hot tub while the heated outdoor pool offers a soothing pause in the cold-season glow. Evenings settle in beside the outdoor fire pit, with the warmth of indoor fireplaces waiting just inside.
Sleeping arrangements
Designed for families and friends to gather in comfort, the home sleeps 10 across 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 5.5 baths. On the upper level, the primary suite features a king bed, a sitting area with gas fireplace, and a private deck, along with an ensuite with heated floors, double vanity, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary includes a four-poster king bed, scenic views, its own private deck, and an ensuite bath with soaking tub and dual vanity. The third bedroom offers a double bed plus a loft with an additional double bed, served by an ensuite with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom with sitting area connects to a full ensuite, while a nanny room with a single bed and TV has its own ensuite. A guest powder room adds convenience, and the lower level provides an additional bathroom with steam shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
