The Space:
Snow hushes the evergreens outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the crisp alpine air makes the warmth indoors feel even more comforting. You step in from the mountains, leave your gear in the mudroom, and settle into the glow of the fireplace as Whistler’s winter atmosphere surrounds you. Later, sink into the private hot tub - open 24 hours - and let the quiet forested and valley views stretch out around you.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across two levels and 4,646 square feet, the chalet sleeps 12 with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, generous windows, a seating area, and an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite also includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with its own soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom offers king-split beds with an ensuite walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom provides a queen bed and its own ensuite with a steam-room shower and secondary entrance.
Outdoor living
Sliding glass doors open to a spacious patio or balcony where forested and valley views frame your time outside. After a day on the slopes, gather around the fire pit under a cold, clear sky, or take a late-night soak in the hot tub. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill round out the space for use when conditions allow.

The chef’s kitchen is fitted with Brazilian quartzite counters, custom white oak cabinetry, and a full suite of appliances, with a breakfast bar - 4 seats - for casual meals and conversation. A separate prep kitchen is ready when you’re cooking for a full group. The dining area, set beside tall windows, seats ten guests comfortably. A temperature-controlled wine room, wine cellar, and indoor mini bar add to evenings spent lingering over dinner.

Neighborhood
Situated in the exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood, the chalet offers ski-in/ski-out access (seasonal), including a one-minute walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail. Ski-in return options include Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails. All guests have access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, which connects to Creekside Village in just four minutes - the gondola itself is reached with a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the home.
Parking and arrivals
Free parking garage on premises, a heated garage, and a Tesla charger make winter arrivals simple. Luggage dropoff allowed supports early arrival or late departure, and long term stays allowed welcomes visits of 28 days or more.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
