The upstairs guest bedroom offers a nice queen bed which is located next to the upstairs guest bathroom, featuring a fully remodeled bathroom with shower-tub and elegant LED mirror. The upstairs living room features 15-foot vaulted ceilings and a patio deck with chairs on each end of the space with ocean views.

A nice 2-car garage in the front of the house is situated in front of a small driveway which can also allow for 2 additional parking spaces, for a total of 4 cars on the property. Street parking is readily available as well.
Included in each stay is multiple surfboards and electric bikes, which means you can be surfing Trestles in less than 5 minutes! San Clemente Outlet shopping is only 7 minutes and Lego Land is only 28 minutes away!
Please note that the property has a driveway on the side of the house with a rear detached garage that the owner may use from time to time. Guests will not have access to the rear garage or side driveway unless agreed upon prior to check-in. There is a fence between the backyard and the driveway, so there is still complete privacy from the house and backyard.
