An Elegant and spacious (1200 sq ft ) 2 bedroom daylight basement apartment, is tucked in a beautiful residential North Rose hill area of Redmond/Kirkland. Apartment is fully renovated and furnished in March 2018 with brand new and stylish furniture. Apartment with ample daylight, has a spacious living and dining area where families can enjoy their time together and when you are ready to retire for the day, two beautifully decorated bedrooms await you, providing all the comfort you need to relax and rejuvenate for more fun and adventure next day.
Apartment has a separate entrance from the main house. It is totally separate from rest of the house giving guests their full privacy. Guests have full access to the backyard area which faces green zone. Apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests and extra queen mattress can be provided if needed. Safe locker box is also provided for your convenience if you wish to secure any important items.
Cul-de-sac provides ample space for parking. Guests can also use the driveway (left side ONLY) for parking. Please BE AWARE our community does NOT allow BIG TRUCKS, CAMPERS, or RVs to be parked inside the community.

The neighborhood:
This house is 8 minutes to Kirkland beach and fine dining, Kirkland/Redmond downtown and Microsoft/Google headquarters. Seattle's downtown and WoodinVille wineries are at 20-25 minutes driving distance. There are plenty of parks/trails around the house. Kirkland Costco and Safeway, Walgreen are in 1-2 mile radius of the house. There are plenty of restaurants at 8-10 minutes driving distance.
Getting around:
There is a bus stop right outside the community. All taxi services are easily accessible in the area.
Other things to note:
- The guest space is separated from the owners living area by locked doors. We do not hear anything from the
apartment, but you might hear us a bit through the floor if someone runs on the floor.
- Kids high chair/toys/books can be provided upon request.
- We have a 2 year old golden retriever. Please let us know if you are not comfortable with dogs, so we can
restrict his area of access accordingly (e.g. backyard)
- As a reminder, there is no full kitchen, so no sink or stove available.
- Pets are accepted. We have a fenced yard. Dog bed, water bowl can be provided. We are more than happy to
walk your dog while we walk our own dog. Depending on your stay a non-refundable pet fee and fully-
refundable pet deposit is required. Please check with the host upfront.
