There is Ring doorbell cameras at the front door of the property that actively record picture and sound. There are 3 other cameras that overlook the driveway and the backyard .

We live in a very quite, peaceful, safe neighborhood and really close to downtown. We do have 2 small dogs in the front house that doesn't have access to the guest area at all. Have fun exploring then come back to a nice, clean, cozy and private space to relax :)

Parking instruction:
Its' free to park on public street EXCEPT 2AM- 5AM (you will need $4 overnight parking permit during that time)
There are 2 overnight parking options:

1) Purchase overnight parking permit: You can purchase the 4$ overnight parking permit available at Temple City Hall/kiosk (2 mins away) or buy it online at the link below, print it out and put on the dashboard. (If you have more than 1 car, please purchase the permit on the Temple city website)

*Street sweeping on our side is Wednesday 10am-3pm
Street sweeping on opposite side is Tuesday 6am-11am

2) Drop your car key in your room mailbox: You can park in our house driveway for FREE after 9:30 PM and drop your car key in the mailbox outside of your door. In the morning, we will move the car to the street in front of the house and put the key back to your mailbox as needed (Mailbox key is provided to you)

- no partying, no smoking of any kind (no vaping,tobacco, drugs etc..), no drinking,no loud noises, absolutely no unauthorized (extra) guests on premises.

- 1 small dog under 15lbs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.

We have guidelines for those who wish to bring their Pet.

The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by your pet.

•Your pet may not be left unattended. (Crating and leaving the animal in your absence is not permitted).

•Your Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of your room

•We will ask you to remove your pet if the animal is out of control and the animal’s handler does not take effective action to control it or if the animal is not housebroken.

•Please walk your pet for bathroom needs. Please do not use the backyard for bathroom needs, only grassy area in front yard or walking in the neighborhood for bathroom needs.

•Please clean up defecation immediately. Bring your own baggies and dispose in the trash can by the garage.

•Your pet may not be on furniture (sofa, chairs, bed)or counters. Please remove pet hair frequently by using the lint rollers. If your pet required to be on furniture, please report so that we can arrange additional cleaning. Additional cleaning fee may apply.

-Please turn off all appliances including lights and AC/ heater before you leave the room

-For the comfort and security of our guests and residents, only registered guests are permitted on the property

- Mail: to ensure your privacy, please open a PO Box at USPS nearby to have your mails delivered, Amazon lockbox is down the street for packages . You can have food delivered at front door and please pick up as soon as they are arrived

All renters are subject to the following standard conditions:

1.Maximum Occupancy. Renter shall limit overnight occupancy of the vacation home rental to the specific number of occupants designated in the permit, excluding children five years of age or younger.
2. Noise. Occupants and /or guests of the vacation home rental shall not, create unreasonable noise or disturbances, engage in disorderly conduct, or violate provisions of this Code or any State law pertaining to noise or disorderly conduct at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Guest must not participate in any outdoor activities during these quiet hours
3. Visitors. The number of people present in any vacation home rental shall not exceed the maximum occupancy designated in the rental home at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. No extra visitors on the premises without approval
4. Trash. Guest should place trash in the bin next to gate. Trash day is Monday and Thursday except holiday
5. Fire and Life Safety Requirements. Outdoor fire areas and fire pits are prohibited.
6.No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.
7. Enforcement: Failure of renter to abide by any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a violation subject to imposition of the penalties. Fines will be imposed on the party deemed responsible for the violation. Violations of occupancy limits, quiet hours or other nuisance requirements shall result in fines being imposed on renters ranging from $500 to $1000.
