Upon arrival at Cristal 405, open the entry door to stunning views of Sandy Beach all the way down to Old Port. Watch fishing boats, cruisers, parasailing, and sunbathers from your balcony, living room or the master bedroom. Located on the 4th floor of the Cristal building, it is one of the closest locations to the Sea of Cortez available. High enough for breathtaking views, but close enough to the water to hear the waves hitting the beach and with the east-facing balcony orientation, you receive the much-needed afternoon shade. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen including full-size appliances & granite countertops for eating in or drinks & appetizers on the balcony. Complete laundry appliances as well. The condo is also equipped with its own router for maximum, private, internet reception. The bedrooms each have king-size pillow-top mattresses and the living room pull-out sofa includes a memory-foam mattress-no coils! Both bathrooms with travertine tile include showers and the master also offers a deep soaking tub. After a day at the pool or beach, cuddle in by the fireplace for a romantic evening. There are 42" HD televisions in the LR and both bedrooms. A blu-ray DVD player is available for your favorite movies. In addition to two on-site restaurants, multiple pools, Jacuzzis, swim-up bar, children's pool, and 2 lazy rivers - there is also an 18-hole golf course and this condo has a platinum golf membership which entitles our renters to substantial discounts on green fees as well as priority access to t-time reservations. There is also a fitness room and spa on site. Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am, both at the front desk in the lobby.
