Thank you for interesting my place ! This house is 4.3 ac Luxurious Property at top of Hall . Has a 360’ stunning city ans mountain view around the house. This place only for wedding ,commercial photography and filming rental . Outdoor event means price does not include inside house area. But beause we only host 8 wedding a year so we would love to offer one restroom if your event do not have more than 40 guest . Chair and table is available for rent .Guest are not allowed use the front entrance to go inside house , they will use a big backyard entrance to get in event place. Music need stop around 9:30pm and DJ need listen to property owner. No Teenagers are allowed this property and keep small children safe is your responsibilty.Tear Down need totally finished by 10pm and please bring your all trash bag out . Last , no sex no pee , no throw cigarettebutts at this place . Last, please parking only at designated area which are around the house so your guest can get out easily .
