In the summer, cool off with a dip in the unheated pool (or do a polar plunge in the winter!), and relax by the fire pit in the evening. Please note, this listing includes both the main house and the guest house. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT ALLOWED!

Getting Around:
You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.
Other Things to Note:
- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Must be over 25 to rent this home. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT ALLOWED!
- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
