PLEASE NOTE, this guest suite is in the back of the front house (shared wall) but you have your own entrance and bathroom. During daytime, You will hear 1 small dog and KIDS in the house but they dont have access to the guest area at all. The whole house has central air so no private thermostat in the room. We live in a very quiet, peaceful, safe neighborhood and really close to downtown. Have fun exploring then come back to a nice, clean, cozy and private space to relax :)

There is Ring doorbell cameras at the front door of the property that actively record picture and sound. There are 3 other cameras that overlook the driveway and the backyard
Parking instruction:
Its' free to park on public street EXCEPT 2AM- 5AM (you will need $4 overnight parking permit during that time)
There are 2 overnight parking options:
1) Purchase overnight parking permit: You can purchase the $4 overnight parking permit available at Temple City Hall/kiosk (2 mins away) or buy it online , print it out and put on the dashboard. (If you have more than 1 car, please purchase the permit)
(We can print out the permit if you don’t have access to a printer)
*Street sweeping on our side is Wednesday 10am-3pm
Street sweeping on opposite side is Tuesday 6am-11am
2) Drop car key in your room mailbox: You can park in our house driveway for FREE after 9:30 PM and drop your car key in the mailbox outside of your door. In the morning, we will move the car to the street in front of the house and put the key back to your mailbox. (Mailbox key is provided to you)

- 1 small dog under 15lbs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.

All renters are subject to the following standard conditions:
1.Maximum Occupancy. Renter shall limit overnight occupancy of the vacation home rental to the specific number of occupants designated in the permit, excluding children five years of age or younger.
2. Noise. Occupants and /or guests of the vacation home rental shall not, create unreasonable noise or disturbances, engage in disorderly conduct, or violate provisions of this Code or any State law pertaining to noise or disorderly conduct at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Guest must not participate in any outdoor activities during these quiet hours
3. Visitors. The number of people present in any vacation home rental shall not exceed the maximum occupancy designated in the rental home at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. No extra visitors on the premises without approval
4. Trash. Guest should place trash in the bin next to gate. Trash day is Monday and Thursday except holiday
5. Fire and Life Safety Requirements. Outdoor fire areas and fire pits are prohibited.
6.No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.
7. Enforcement: Failure of renter to abide by any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a violation subject to imposition of the penalties. Fines will be imposed on the party deemed responsible for the violation. Violations of occupancy limits, quiet hours or other nuisance requirements shall result in fines being imposed on renters ranging from $500 to $1000.
Kitchenette rule:
If you want to spend sometime cooking instead of exploring all the cuisines around, you can convert the sink area to a kitchenette with the provided supply( pictures)
- please make sure to turn on the vent switch next to the sink while cooking
- please wash and clean everything after you are done. The switch for the garbage disposal is on left side of the sink
- please note that using too many electric appliances at the same time can cause the circuit breaker to trips
