When you enter the house, you'll be in the living room. There is a three person leather sofa and two matching leather chairs, a coffee table, a smart TV and a large mid-century cabinet.

Straight ahead of you, you'll see the spacious, light-filled kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen gadgets, baking sheets, pots and pans, coffee grinder, french press, dishes, silverware, and more! There is a counter-height table that sits up to four and then a kitchen island / extended kitchen counter that can fit two more.

Off of the kitchen, you'll find sliding glass doors out to a covered balcony / porch. There is an outdoor table with four chairs on the balcony and you can look out onto the shared yard below. Feel free to spend time in the yard as well. You can access it by going down the stairs from the balcony.

Back in the house, you can walk through the living room and into the hallway. Right in front of you, you'll find a newly updated bathroom with a lovely tile tub/shower.

From the hallway, you can access the three bedrooms. They are medium sized to small bedrooms, but they all do have closets, queen size beds, and plenty of room to move around.

Dogs allowed. We require a $300 per stay deep-cleaning fee as well as a $300 refundable damage deposit. We hire professional carpet/upholstery cleaners, spray odor eliminator, wash blankets/ pillows and not just duvet covers / cases, and cleanup excess pet hair (it gets everywhere). We want our home to be allergen-free for our next guests.

Right now, the owner's car is parked in the driveway long-term. However, another car can be parked in the driveway behind the owner (butt of car in the street) or there's plenty of on-street parking.

Keep in mind that you are on the top floor of a duplex. As such, please be considerate of your downstairs neighbor. Best practices would be to not wear shoes in the house. Quiet hours are 10pm - 9am.
