There is a beach club with loungers (this area does not have food and beverage service) and another pool facing the sea, where you will find direct access to the sandy beach where you can swim and enjoy afternoons at the beach while enjoying your favorite cocktail.

Santamar, is located in Punta Sur, very close to the town of Akumal. To get to your condo, you will leave the federal highway at PUNTA SUR and take a dirt road that will take you to the sea. We recommend renting a car or motorcycle to get there. The nearest shops are not too far away in the town of Akumal (5 minutes by car).
A car or a motobike are mandatory for this area.
From the federal highway, the public transportation is available (called collectivo).
Our condo is located in the second line from the sea, so our guests can access the sandy beach by crossing the pool that our complex offers at the end of the street. If you take a short walk, you will find a very nice beach club with a casual atmosphere where you can eat and drink while enjoying the beach. It's called "The Beached Bikini Bar and Grill".

-Check-Out Instructions: Kindly leave trash in the garbage cans outside the condo.

Garbage Disposal:
