Come relax with the whole family at our desert river home.
Misfit was created to be a place you can bring your Misfit and check out from the everyday rat race in life.
The house is a great place to entertain your friends and family. There's outdoor amenities such as a propane fire pit, yard games and BBQ. We have one of the very few place that has grass. Its a great area for the Kiddos to be outdoors and play.
The house is a short jott to the river, boat launch, casinos and restaurants.
The space
Misfit is a unique fully remolded river house where you can feel right at home. This home is less then a mile to the river with sandy beaches and a short drive to Lake Mohave or Lake Havasu.
There is a lot of offroading trails if you are coming out during the cooler season. The small town of Oatman where the wild donkeys roam the streets is a great day trip for shopping and a buffalo burger with a cold beer.
Tesla Starlink high speed internet is available for all your tech needs.
The kitchen is fully stocked all the essentials you need to feel right at home! Dishes, pot and pans, Coffee marker, air fryer, crock pot and rice maker and much more.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with Roku Smart TV,
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and upper twin bed with a Roku Smart TV.
The couch can also be a place to crash for those last-minute guests. We all know this happens when you friends or family find out you are headed to the river.
We are on a septic tank so please do not flush ANY female products!

Other things to note
The community has a marina and beach, but unfortunately you must be a homeowner to use the amenities. If you are visiting friends or family then as long as you are accommodated by them, then you are welcome to enter.
The closest marina are Jack Smith and is about 3 miles south or Avi Casino which is North about 5 miles. Both places you can get a permit to launch your boat or jet skis.
There are some nice sandy beach available with a $5 pass purchase from the Tribal office on Dike Road about a mile down on the right-hand side.
