Our rustic farmhouse is located in the quiet and established town of Escalon Ca. Walking distance to Starbucks! We are 10 miles from Modesto making this a perfect place for traveling healthcare workers.
Our space is set up with everything you may need to enjoy a quite relaxing stay. We are set up to host any type of stay. Our outdoor space is set up with a front porch sitting area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a beverage in the afternoon. Our outdoor space is fenced in making this ideal for pets/animals to get some fresh air. We have provided a washer & dryer for guest use.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Please note the entrance to the bathroom does not have a door. There is a main door on the bedroom as shown in photos.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed along with a Serta sofa sleeper, desk & chair. This room leads to laundry room.
Additional space located to the left of the main hallway has a queen bed & closet.
Second bathroom has a tub/ shower combo.
The living room is set up with a couch & chairs as well as a smart TV for streaming from your own device. The home has WIFI for anyone needing to work/school remote or just to surf the web. Our kitchen is set up with most everything you will need to prepare & cook meals. We have a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, rice maker, dishes & utensils.
We do not have a dishwasher.
*We do have surveillance cameras on the property that record by motion 24/7. Recording device located at the front door facing the driveway, front yard, and street.
Please note that a separate cottage with separate address is located on the property. Guests do not have any shared spaces inside the home other than the driveway.
