We have a lovely trail that begins at the base of our driveway passing streams & polo fields! beautiful mountain views! 10 minutes to Santa Barbara, 5 min to Montecito! Indoor outdoor home, with a lovely outdoor terrace, we spend all our time outside or wandering the property! Citrus orchard, avocados, olive trees, & chickens with fresh eggs for you to enjoy!
