Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house setting is awesome. Really felt we were at a resort. It was also close to where my daughter lives so was very convenient. Lori was great to work with and very helpful... even with all my questions at different hours of the evening.

Negative: 1) The pool was not heated upon arrival. It took a couple days before could even use. Waterfall didn't work. 2) Was only able to use the hot tub a few days due to the heater not working. It also had a few loud booms as if the gas was igniting in the flu. Seemed dangerous. It was fixed on the day before we left. 3) Toilet in one of the bathrooms would not fill without taking off the lid and tapping the float. It was fixed Sun night. 4) No where to hang up towels to dry. With June gloom, we couldn't keep them outside. 5) Hot water for the house was only luke warm. Taking a shower was not fun. 6) Shower heads do not really spray that well. 7) Bathrooms where toilet is could use brighter lights. 8) Need better instructions on how to use some of the equipment and light switch locations. Also, only one of the pergola heaters were working. I realize all 3 would be too hot, but one was not really adequate as it got fairly chilly at night, Seems each heater should have individual controls to allow selection of what is turned on. 9) For the amount of money paid, I expected all things to be working. Seems like a partial refund is on order.

Summary: Overall a great place to stay. It was disappointing things were not working for the money paid.
