The space
Designer styled and furnished townhouse in a quiet area near the best restaurants, shopping malls, hiking, sightseeing, and plentiful bars and nightlife in Scottsdale and Arizona. This is the hottest area in Arizona with all the top restaurants, bars, and nightlife within 1.5 miles and multiple grocery stores about a mile away.

All sheets and towels professionally laundered, as well as the inside still being professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest.

The living room has a 60" 4K smart TV and a Chromecast for easily streaming your favorite entertainment and music.

The full kitchen connects to the living room and has 4 bar stools surrounding the kitchen island and all the cooking and eating utensils needed.

There is also a dining table with 6 chairs inside as well as an outdoor patio with a table, chairs and relaxing fountain and BBQ grill.

You also have access to a large salt water pool (heated from mid-Feb to May) and a heated spa in the common area of the complex.

Guest access
This is a private property, you will have access to the whole space- 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with a connecting patio and 2 reserved parking spaces (plus Visitor parking). There is also a large salt water heated community pool and spa, BBQ grills, grass area.
For safety there is a smart lock that only the guest can access. Also a Ring Security camera at the front door for your piece of mind.
Other things to note
Dishes, Linens, Towels, Soap, Shampoo, Laundry Detergent...everything you would expect from a fully furnished rental.
